  Not knowing the whole process of changing my daughter's pharmacy from one to another, i called the local McCall Rite Aid pharmacy as i was instructed to do by the Dr.'s office where her Rx was written. The young lady, Kerrie, who answered would not let me talk to explain the situation, for one. For two, she was rude & talked to me like i was stupid. I understand she may have been busy, so was i. But that is no reason to be completely rude and arrogant.

  Just a note: Rite Aide - you were such a great pharmacy. You have had and do have some great people working for you! Please, get more staff and figure out how to get the prescriptions out in a timely manner. Your staff is stressed and it is affecting their service. The staff deserves better and so do your customers.
